Design & Build Package
We offer a design and build package which includes a free initial visit by ourselves and an architect with ideas and suggestions on your chosen project.
You will receive professional advice with respect to local authority guidelines on planning and building regulations and be given ideas on design proposals and provided with a brief initial sketch drawing if required.
Your project can then be taken forward with planning and building regulation drawings and applications undertaken on your behalf, your package will include all fees that will be payable to the local authority and other consultants that may be required such as a structural engineer. Full project management is also available to assist in decision making , cost control and to liaise with the builder.
